CyberHostUK Scheduled Maintenance Announcement: 14/10/07

As you know, CyberHostUK is committed to keeping you informed about any changes in the status of your service with us.

We are dedicated to offering you the best possible service and performance from a web hosting provider. To ensure these high levels are maintained we have scheduled mandatory server and network maintenance on 14th October 2007.

Summary of Maintenance:

Date: Sunday, 14th October 2007

Time: Approximately 7.00AM (GMT+1) until 8.00AM (GMT+1)

Expected Downtime: 1 hour

Reason: To perform software upgrades on our network devices in order to add additional features and security improvements.

Impact: During this maintenance window, you will experience one or more brief interruptions in service while the maintenance activities are completed; the service interruptions are expected to last less than 1 hour. However, due to the complexity of the work, the downtime may be slightly longer. We will have technicians on-site closely monitoring the maintenance work and they will do everything possible to minimise the risk of any problems arising.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this essential short period of downtime may cause. We appreciate your patience during this work and thank you for your continued custom.

We will notify you if there is any change to the maintenance schedule.
