How are we doing? A Few Questions

The aim of this thread is to hopefully generate feedback from you, our customers, about our services. Your opinion would be very valuable in helping us to improve.

By giving us specific and detailed answers, we hope to better understand your needs and this will hopefully allow us to serve you better in the future.

We'd really appreciate if you could take just a few minutes to answer the following questions:

1. Where did you hear about CyberHostUK? (i.e. referral, forums (which?), website (which?), search engine (which, what query?) etc.

2. What do you think of our website? (constructive feedback please. Any additions or changes you think can be made? etc)

3. Please comment on our web-hosting service (and if possible customer service, product offerings, billing system etc)

4. If you could change anything about us/our services, what would it be?

5. Do you find our pricing reasonable?

6. Any areas you think are lacking? If so, what improvements can be make?

7. What new services do you think we should offer in the future?

8. Feel free to add anything else of relevance here

There is no obligation to fill out the form, nor is there any incentive; it is entirely voluntary but it will go a long way to help us expand and improve CyberHostUK. We really do listen and want to hear what you have to say about us.

1. Where did you hear about CyberHostUK? Since my old host went down, i vowed not to buy hosting off eBay ever again. I spend hours trailing the internet using google searching for 'UK web host' and other searches like that. I think that i may have first found this host on webhostingtalk.com but I can't be sure. It was a nightmare looking up web hosts and constantly having to convert $ to £ to see how much i would really be paying!

2. What do you think of our website? I like the colours. It's been made very simple and to the point (none of those flash banners that play music with every page you load). I think that the site layout is great how it is. The service status link on the home page is a really nice touch!

3. Please comment on our web-hosting service I've only been with you for a week or so, but already I know that the customer service is great (Thanks Tim for changing my cPanel layout!) Had no problems so far, my site loads nice and quickly! The billing system is great thanks to the instant activation. I did sign up for another webhost, but it took them three days to activate my accout by which time i had come here!

4. If you could change anything about us/our services, what would it be? Nothing so far!

5. Do you find our pricing reasonable? Your pricing is a lot better than most. A lot of hosts don't give the ammount of bandwidth that I need or don't allow extra domains to be parked. I'm on the professional package and paying for a whole year in one payment which is great value!

6. Any areas you think are lacking? If so, what improvements can be make? I'm sitting here really trying to think what could be improved, but i really can't think of any!

7. What new services do you think we should offer in the future? I guess game servers or dedicated servers. I presonally wouldn't need either of those (unless my internet empire outgrows shared hosting!) I think what the internet needs is straight to the point hosting which is what you guys are doing!

1. Where did you hear about CyberHostUK?
I was co-administrator on club-anthems a year ago with Craig Collinson and decided it was time to buy my own hosting package. We had you guys linked on the home page so after a while pondering I contacted sales and here I am.

2. What do you think of our website?
Nice layout and style. Not over the top with st00pid flash or lots of images. Easy to navigate and simple to read.

Because I'm picky: A few of the pages don't contain valid markup .. Red text on white background is slightly difficult to read, maybe a light blue to fit in better?

The services page, is there a need for it since there are links under 'Our Services' anyway? Waste of a click and time for visitors I think.

3. Please comment on our web-hosting service
The service is amazing! All that needs to be said.

Customer service is the best, I bet if I had an issue with my light bulb blowing you could solve it.

Product Offerings: Only addon domains don't exist with the simple package but there is 100 with professional.

4. If you could change anything about us/our services, what would it be?
See above shhh

5. Do you find our pricing reasonable?
Yup. Especially since the price is for the entire year and not monthly as with other companies.

6. Any areas you think are lacking? If so, what improvements can be make?
Spelling? haha

7. What new services do you think we should offer in the future?
There isn't anything that I actually need so I'm not sure. On the about page under 'Services & Payment', I think that is adequate. Maybe games and ventrilo servers?
